This limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship in new NOIRE eyewear products purchased by customers in the United States on NOIRE.com. It doesn’t cover certain things, so please read this limited warranty carefully.

This limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser (after this, “you” or “your”) and can’t be assigned or transferred to anyone else. If you purchased your NOIRE product online from NOIRE, Inc. (after this, “NOIRE,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), you may obtain coverage under this limited warranty. If you purchased NOIRE product somewhere else, this limited warranty doesn’t apply.

WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY NOT COVER?

This limited warranty doesn’t cover any problem caused by (i) commercial use, (ii) normal wear and tear, or (iii) misuse, accident (including but not limited to collision, fire, and spilled food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair, or improper storage. This limited warranty is void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations. NOIRE DOES NOT WARRANT AGAINST ANY SCRATCHED, FRACTURED, OR SHATTERED LENSES. Also, consequential, indirect, and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

HOW LONG DOES THE COVERAGE LAST?

The warranty period is one (1) year from the documented date of purchase.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?

NOIRE will provide warranty coverage if your warranty claim complies with all terms of this limited warranty and you follow the return procedure below. If you don’t follow the return procedure, you can’t obtain warranty coverage.

To obtain warranty service for NOIRE eyewear product purchased on NOIRE.com, please call us at +31855002433 or email warranty@NOIRE.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) and prepaid return shipping label.

If your claim is covered by this limited warranty, NOIRE will pay the cost of shipping the product back to you after the warranty service is completed.

Any product returned to NOIRE without a valid warranty claim, without an RMA or without proof of purchase may be rejected, returned to you at your cost or kept for a period of 30 days. If after 30 days you have not paid for the cost of return shipping, NOIRE may dispose of your product in its sole discretion after notifying you by phone or email that it intends to do so and giving you a final opportunity to make arrangements for return shipping. By sending a product for warranty service or replacement, you agree to transfer ownership of the original product to NOIRE at the time at which it arrives at our warehouse if NOIRE determines that replacement is appropriate.

WHAT WILL NOIRE DO?

If NOIRE authorizes you to return your product to NOIRE and your claim is covered by this limited warranty, NOIRE will decide whether to repair or replace the defective product. If your product will be replaced, NOIRE will decide whether to replace it with a new or remanufactured product. If NOIRE, in its sole discretion, determines it’s not reasonable to replace the defective product, NOIRE may refund you the purchase price you paid for the product. Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days, whichever is greater.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER REPAIRS?

If your NOIRE eyewear product doesn’t qualify for warranty service under this limited warranty or you can’t provide proof of purchase, you may still request to have it repaired by NOIRE, but charges may apply. Please call +31855002433 or email support@NOIRE.com to learn more.

GOVERNING LAW

The laws of the State of California govern this limited warranty. It gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. This limited warranty does not affect any additional rights you have under laws in your jurisdiction governing the sale of consumer goods. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions in this limited warranty statement may not apply to you.

Product Care of NOIRE Luxury Eyewear

NOIRE luxury sunglasses and optical frames are created by specially trained artisans in some of the oldest eyewear factories in the world. Our designers and master craftsman use only the best cellulose acetate, pure titanium, and beta-titanium for their beauty, uniqueness, and strength.  While NOIRE frames are made with durable materials, proper care is recommended for keeping your investment looking great and operating as they were intended.

While wearing your sunglasses or optical frames, it is best not to rest them upon your head as this may cause a widening of the arms and an augmented fit. Please note, as you wear your NOIRE frames, they will naturally form to your unique face shape, over time.

For storage, place inside the microfiber pouch and/or protective case provided with your purchase, in a cool, dry place. Storage in hot environments (cars, heaters, etc.) for prolonged periods, at higher temperatures, can cause the frame to deform.

To clean your sunglasses and optical frames, place under lukewarm water then use a light soapy solution, made with mild dish detergent, to remove any residue. Rinse and gently dry your frames with the microfiber pouch or cloth provided at purchase. To clean and polish your lenses, it is best to use a lens cleaner, then gently wipe with the microfiber pouch or cloth

You may wish to purchase a NOIRE Customer Care Kit, which includes lens cleaner, a microfiber cleaning cloth and NOIRE embossed case.
